In the interest of both tutors and customers we have to insist upon the following terms and conditions that must adhered to.

1) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the lesson. Failure to do this will result in the full lesson fee being charged. For cancellations please
call 07977 147 447 as soon as possible.

2) Tutors are there to help with the educational development of students and they must be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Tutors will not tolerate abuse of any kind.

3) A student who is under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent/guardian to register and that parent/guardian must enter into any agreement with a tutor to provide tuition services.

4) Any work that is set by a tutor should be completed by the time allocated by the tutor.

5) Tutors at Maths Group Tutoring will endeavour at all times to assist in an individual’s learning schedule. Achieving good results can only be achieved by a mixture of hard work, determination and cooperation on the part of the student.

6) The fees are non negotiable, the full lesson fee must be paid at the start of each lesson.

7) Any disclosure from the student to the tutor will have to be referred to a specialist.

8) A camera is present in the office building to protect the tutor and students, Maths Group Tutoring does not have access to this information.
